Robert Nathan Baker, 80, of Hohenwald, TN, passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at Lewis County Nursing & Rehab.

Robert was born on December 27, 1939, in Russellville, AL, to the late, Sam and Flossie Hinson Baker. He was a retired logger and farmhand.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Sunday, November 8, 2020 at New Haven Cemetery with Bro. Bert Burkett officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Family members and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.

Survivors include his two sons, Rodney Baker (Stephanie) of Bailey, MS and Robert Leon Baker of Union City, TN; a daughter, Ruthie Olds of Dyersburg, TN; two step-children, Lilbern "Bubba" Henson of Ridgely, TN and Mike Henson of Troy, TN; two sisters, Lorene Nance and Irene Hinson, both of Hohenwald, TN; four grandchildren, Lauran Olds, Kemper Harrell, Karrington Harmon and Lauryl Baker; and one great-grandchild, Zachary Clay Harmon, Jr.

In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by six brothers, Hulen Baker, Melvin Baker, Pete Baker, Carlton Baker, Billy Gene Baker and Carl Baker.

Pallbearers will be Michael Henson, Lonnie Vaughn, Bubba Henson, John Neil, Mark Baker and Dennis Henson.
