Richard Thomas Runions' Obituary
Richard Thomas Runions, 77, of Tiptonville, passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2017 at his residence.
He was born on March 10, 1940 in Phillippy, TN, to the late Arch E. Runions and the late Ida Burkett Runions. Richard was a retired employee of Kohler Inc. He was a member of Burrus Chapel Church of Christ and was also a member of the Civitan Club.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday in the Tiptonville Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Mr. Don Reel officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Survivors include his two sons, Patrick Thomas Runions and wife, Cynthia, of Martin and Andrew O'Neal Runions of Johnson City; and three grandchildren, Karson Mitchell Runions, Dalton Levi Hahn and Angel Dawn Adams.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ethel Kathy Estes Runions; and several brothers and sisters.
Pallbearers will be Dalton Dial, Jr., Dalton Dial III, David Randall Reynolds, Johnny Reynolds, Doug Runions and Jody Reynolds.
