Richard Dwayne Martindale's Obituary
Richard Dwayne Martindale, 50, of Dyersburg, died Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at Jackson Regional Hospital.
He was a member of Calvary Hill Baptist Church.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. John Wayne Fowler officiating. Burial will be in Sorrells Chapel Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Survivors include his mother and step-father, Imogene and William Wright of Dyersburg; a brother, Jimmy L. Martindale of Dyersburg; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Richard L. Martindale; and his grandparents, Felix and Mary Chilcutt and Farley and Blanche Martindale.
Pallbearers will be Bobby Childress, Mike Boswell, Colton Simpson, Doug Preslar, Nick Preslar, Jamie Chilcutt, Jarrod Simpson and William Turnbo, Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be Jeffery Lynn Turnbo and Mike Chilcutt.
