Rheba Westmoreland, 89, of Dyersburg, died Saturday, December 29, 2012 at The Highlands of Dyersburg.

She was a homemaker and a lifelong member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.

Graveside memorial services for Rheba Westmoreland and her son, Freddie Michael Westmoreland will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Fairview Cemetery with the Rev. Ronnie Turner officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include her daughter, Sharon Smallwood of Dyersburg; a son, Steve Westmoreland of Memphis; two grandchildren, Brian Callis of Dyersburg and Emily Westmoreland of Jackson; and a great-grandson, Brian Anthony Callis of Dyersburg.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Freddie A. Westmoreland; a son, Freddie Michael Westmoreland; her parents, Hubert and Vera Capps Duncan; and a brother, Thomas Duncan.

The family requests that memorials be directed to a charity of the donor's choice.
