Obituary

Raymond C. Harden, 83, of Dyersburg, passed away on Friday, August 22, 2014 at Oakwood Community Living Center.

He was a retired machine operator for Dyersburg Fabrics. He was a member of Lenox Church of God of Prophecy, a member of Lenox Volunteer Fire Department and a member of Lenox Baptist Church Softball Team. Mr. Harden was an avid coon hunter and fisherman.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Lenox Church of God of Prophecy with Bro. David Prince officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

The family will receive visitors from 2-3 p.m. Sunday at the church.

Survivors include his son, Terry Ray Harden of Dyersburg; two sisters, Dorothy Duke of Miston and Lula Mae Taylor of Indiana; and a brother, Donnie Harden of Dyersburg.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Nell Harden; his parents, Floyd and Bobbie Quinley Harden; a sister, Judy Quinley Autry; and four brothers, Jimmy Harden, Danny Harden, Ronnie Harden and John Harden.

Pallbearers will be Greg Harden, Tim Harden, David Haddock, Brad Studard, Anthony Lemons and Kenny Sykes.
