Ramona E. Blalock's Obituary
Ramona E. Blalock, 76, of Dyersburg, died Saturday, May 16, 2009 at Dyersburg Manor Nursing Center.
She was a homemaker and a member of West Dyersburg Church of Christ.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Dyersburg Funeral Home with Bro. Rick Crawford and Bro. Jim Chamblee officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Survivors include her husband, William Lloyd Blalock; three daughters, Deborah Jo Hammock of Dyersburg, Beth Perry of Jackson and Amy Ostrom of Morristown; a son, Marty Blalock of Dyersburg; a brother, Junior Palmer of Dyersburg; and seven grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Keith Perry, Tim Ostrom, Clark Riddick and Jonathan Dotson.
The family requests that any memorials be directed to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
