Rachel Sue Williams, age 92, of Dyersburg, TN. passed away on Monday, November 4, 2019 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee.

Rachel was born September 30, 1927 in Dyersburg, TN. to the late Robert Madison Mackey and Gladys Tolee Roberts Mackey. She was a retired employee of Ermco Corporation.  She was a member of Fowlkes Baptist Church where she was a member of WMU.  She was an avid gardener and quilter.  Rachel loved her family, friends and her church community.

Funeral services for Mrs. Rachel will be 11 a.m. Friday, November 8, 2019 at Fowlkes Baptist Church conducted by Bro. Danny O'Guin and Bro. Neal Chatham.  The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at Dyersburg Funeral Home and 9 -11 a.m. at Fowkles Baptist Church.  Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery.

Survivors include her daughter Brenda Buchannon (Sonny) from Jackson, Tn., a sister Robert Sanders of Russelville, Arkansas, a brother R. M. Mackey (Pat), of Dyersburg, TN. and two grandchildren Jason Buchannon (Nickie), Ardmore, AL. and Carrie Buchannon, Jackson, Tn., and a great grandchild, Sadie Grace Buchannon.  She is also survived by several nieces and nephews Penny Comer (Rex), Pam Northcott (Justin), Jean Marie Furr, Kedren Watts (Bob), David Hendren, Rob Sanders (Cindy), and Danny Roberts

Pallbearers will be Jeff Yarbrough, Rex Comer, Justin Northcott, James Shipley, Dustin Johnson, and Austin Hudson.
