Phyllis Wright Bargery, 59, of Ridgely, TN, passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Phyllis was born on May 25, 1962, in Tennessee, to the late Gordon "Cheek" and Peggy Cashion Burrus. She was the office manager at Pathways and was a member of Willingham Baptist Church, Phyllis was very active with the Reelfoot Lake Arts and Crafts Festival and loved being with her family and friends.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 10, 2022 at Willingham Baptist Church with Rev. Chuck Graham officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at Willingham Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Bryan Bargery of Ridgely, TN; a son, Kasey Bryan Bargery of Ridgely, TN; a daughter, Kaitlin Dianne Schmaltz of Ridgely, TN; and four grandchildren, Brendan Kyle Bargery, Ashton Bryan Bargery, Levi Rush Schmaltz and Hadley Jo Schmaltz.

In addition to her parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by her brother, James Rush Burrus.

Pallbearers will be Glen Bargery, Joel Bargery, Trent Patterson, Jeff Harris, Johnny Warren and Chris Cobb.
