Obituary

Pheronia Elizabeth Lowe Speight, 91, of Dyersburg, died Sunday, March 22, 2009 at Dyersburg Manor.

She was retired as a saleswoman for Goldsmith's and was a member of Fowlkes Baptist Church.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Memorial Park Cemetery in Memphis with Dr. Ralph Buckley officiating.

The family will receive visitors from 6-8 p.m. today at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include a daughter, Nancy Lowe Ingram and husband, James, of Dyersburg; two stepdaughters, Glenda Boyd and husband, Ronnie, of Southaven, Miss., and Plina Thomas and husband, Gary, of Blytheville, Ark.; a son, James Richard Lowe and wife, Earla, of Burleson, Texas; a stepson, James Speight and wife, Mary Jane, of Blytheville, Ark.; four grandchildren, Chris Ingram, David Ingram, Elaine Vincent and Michael Lowe; six great-grandchildren, Elizabeth Ingram, Chance Vincent, Brandon Carpenter, Kikkola Lowe, Shelby Lowe and Jeremy Lowe; seven step-grandchildren; and nine step-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Franklin Speight; and her parents, Milton and Gertrude Coulter.

Pallbearers will be family members.
