Paul Prentiss Wynn, Jr., 74, of Wynnburg, died Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.
He was a landowner and machinist, member of Tennessee Army National Guard and a member of Wynnburg Shooting Club. He was a Presbyterian.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Tiptonville Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Walter Lockhart officiating. Burial will be in Tiptonville City Cemetery. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
The family will receive visitors from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Friday at the church.
Survivors include his wife, Lou Councill Wynn of Wynnburg; his sister, Becky Weiler and husband, Richard, of Dallas, TX; and his mother-in-law, Virginia Burrow Councill of Tiptonville.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Sr. and Ruth Markham Wynn.
Pallbearers will be John Foster Fields, Paul Algee, Skipper Homra, Trent Patterson, Albert Markham, James Boyd Eddlemon, Ed Sumara and Jimmy Rainey.
The family requests that memorials be directed to Tiptonville Presbyterian Church or to Dyer County Humane Society.
