Patsy Sue Shampine's Obituary
Patsy Sue Shampine, 74, of Wynnburg, passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Tennova Healthcare Dyersburg Regional.
She was a homemaker. Mrs. Patsy was also a member of Calvary Independent Baptist Church.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Calvary Independent Baptist Church with the Rev. Carl Southerland officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
The Shampine Family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Monday at the church.
Survivors include her husband, John Shampine of Wynnburg; a son, Johnny Ray Shampine of Wynnburg; four sisters, Linda Wheat of Wynnburg, Betty Boyd of Ridgely, Jan Johnson of Hornbeak, and Joyce Belt of Union City; and three brothers, Johnny Tate of Dyersburg, Larry Tate of Texas, and Eddie Tate of Wynnburg.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Egbert and Ider Reynolds Tate; a sister, Mary Moody; and three brothers, Jerry Tate, Allen Tate, and Billy Tate.
