Patricia Ann Cook Coker, 56, of Dyersburg, passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at Dyersburg Manor Nursing Center.
She was a homemaker and a member of Springhill Baptist Church. She was a former employee of Sara Lee Foods and Dyersburg Fabrics.
Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Calvin Smith officiating.
The family will receive visitors from 12-1 p.m. Saturday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include her daughter, Tammy Garrett and husband, Shannon, of Cedar Grove; two sons, Gregory Kelley of Finley and Jason Kelley and fiancée, Heather Kilzer, of Dyersburg; her mother, Peggy Smith of Dyersburg; her companion, Lawrence Coker of Dyersburg; three sisters, Linda Richardson and husband, Steve and Sandy Smith, all of Dyersburg and Rita Lebo and husband, Lynn, of Campbell, MO; a brother, Mark Smith of Dyersburg; five grandchildren, Jessica Hudson of Newbern, Kassidy Hurt and Taylor Hurt of Halls, Jacob Garrett and John Michael Garrett of Lexington, TN; a great-grandchild, Ava Harris of Newbern; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, John Neely Smith; a sister, Brenda Smith; her grandmother, Laura May Pilkington; and her grandfather, Daniel Lynn Pilkington.
The family requests that memorials be directed to the Womens Resource and Rape Assistance Program (WRAP), 62 Directors Row, Jackson, TN 38305.
