Patricia Anne Blalock's Obituary
Patricia Anne Blalock, 80, of Friendship, passed away on Friday, February 10, 2017 at her residence.
She was born on December 14, 1936 in Dyer County, TN, to the late Joseph Robert Taylor and the late Vallie Ida Rodgers Taylor. Patricia was a retired cashier for Wal-Mart and was also a member of Palestine United Methodist Church.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Allen Grant officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Sunday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include her two daughters, Connie Richardson and Roxanne Blalock, both of Dyersburg; four sons, Jere "Topper" Blalock and wife, Phyllis, of Dyersburg, Rusty Blalock and wife, Angela, of Dyersburg, Chris Blalock and wife, Sherry, of Murfreesboro and Joey Blalock of Dyersburg; twenty grandchildren; and twenty-five great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jere M. Blalock; two sisters, Dorothy Warren and Zelda Taylor; and two grandchildren, Rob Ames and Drew Richardson.
Pallbearers will be Nick Blalock, Ryan Blalock, Jon Blalock, Ben Blalock, Jere Blalock and Cody Blalock. Honorary pallbearers will be Colin Lineberry and Dalton Noles.
