Olivia Ruth Andrews' Obituary
Olivia Ruth Andrews, 97, of Florissant, MO, formerly of Dyersburg, passed away at her residence on Wednesday, June 14, 2017.
She was born on August 3, 1919 in Calhoun County, MS, to the late Clarence Davidson and the late Sina Biffle Davidson. She was a retired nursing home housekeeper. She was a Christian lady and a loving mother, grandmother, and sister.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in the Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Mr. Larry Fowlkes officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 12-1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Survivors include her son, James Clyde Holt of Glen Carbon, IL; her daughter, Alberta Gebken of Florissant, MO; two brothers, James Davidson of Flint, MI and Van Davidson of Highland, IL; two sisters, Nell Milan of Dyersburg, and Mattie McNaughton of Alexandria, LA; and three grandchildren, Jimmy Holt, Jerry Holt, and Kristi Holt, all of Phoenix, AZ.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two husbands, Edward Holt and William R. Andrews; two brothers, Bill Davidson, and Carl Davidson; and two sisters, Bernice Dial and Vernon Medley.
Pallbearers will be friends and family.
