Mrs. Ola Spencer Deason, of Tiptonville, passed away on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at her residence.  She was born November 22, 1948 in Adamsville, TN to the late Everett & Janie Spencer.  She was was a homemaker and clerk in Tiptonville over the years.  She enjoyed sewing,  doll collecting and fishing as well as spending time with her family at Reelfoot Lake.

Ola is survived by her husband of over 60 years, James Deason, Sr., her sons, James Deason II, Gary Deason (Christie) & Anthony John Deason, her sisters, Jan Dowling & Nelda Franks and was loved as "Nanny" by her grandchildren, Katie, Emily, Aiden, Aaron & Brandon and her great-granddaughter, Brooklyn.  She is preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Robert & Jerry Spencer and her sisters Marie Brazier, Linda Franks and Margaret Kiddy.

A memorial gathering to celebrate the life of Mrs. Ola Deason will be planned by family members at a later time.
