Norma Allene Billingsley, 88, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Friday, February 18, 2022 at West Tennessee Healthcare Dyersburg Hospital.

Norma was born on August 29, 1933, in Dyersburg, TN, to the late Robert and VanBuren Doss Holbert. She was a beautician and owned 2 beauty shops and was a realtor when she lived in Dallas, TX. Norma was a seamstress all her life and enjoyed making clothes for all her family. She enjoyed hosting family reunions and collecting memories of the family. Norma was very active in church, wherever she might be and was a self-taught piano and organ player. She was the owned and operated Kady's Kafe in Trimble for many years and was a member of City Gate Church.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Monday, February 21, 2022 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Pastor Michael Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Poplar Grove Cemetery in Newbern, TN. The family will receive visitors starting at 1 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Survivors include her two daughters, Amanda Harness (Dave) and Teresa Harness, all of Dyersburg, TN; two sons, Russell Harness (Kay) of Garland, TX and Tom Billingsley (Tara) of Cape Coral, FL; twelve grandchildren, AmyLeann, Roseanne, Rachel, Cassie, Rebecca, Melissa, Jeramie, Willie, Andee, Tom, Bradley and Aaron; great-grandchildren, Kyrstiann "Kady" and twenty-nine more; and two great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Norma was preceded in death by her husband, Aaron Lee Billingsley; and a sister, Alma Nadean Dotson.

Pallbearers will be Jeramie Palmer, Willie Palmer, Hunter Jackson, Logan Rogers, Ashton Boyd and Tyler Burns.
