Naomi Cole, 90, of Ridgely, passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at the Highlands of Dyersburg.
She was a retired employee of H.I.S. Manufacturing and a member of Wynnburg Baptist Church.
Services will be at 3:30 p.m. Thursday in the Ridgely Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Ralph Buckley officiating. Burial will be in Lake Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Survivors include her son, Terry Cole and wife, Dianne, of Newbern; two sisters, Mildred Lawrence of Lavinia and Linda May Humfield of California; two brothers, Claudie Gaskins of Dyersburg and Kenneth Gaskins of Memphis; six grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dee Cole; a daughter, Sandria Cole Lovett; a son, Dee Melrose Cole; her parents, Willis and Viola Lynch Gaskins; a sister, Angelina Gaskins; and four brothers, Eldridge Gaskins, Virgil Gaskins, Kell William Gaskins and Edgar Gaskins.
Pallbearers will be Terry Roberson, Randy Roberson, David Roberson, Alvin Cagle, Pete Kennedy and Jay Ryder.
The family requests that memorials be directed to Wynnburg Baptist Church.
