Monnell Hendrix, 83, of Dyersburg, died Thursday, Feb. 25, 2010 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.

She was a retired employee of Dyersburg Electric System and a member of Hawthorne Baptist Church.

Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Dyer County Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Jason Reynolds officiating.

The family will receive visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. Saturday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include her two sons; Jimmy Hendrix and Jerry Hendrix, both of Dyersburg, nine grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, N.C. Hendrix, and her parents; Campbell and Bennie Yates Hubbard.

Pallbearers will be Robert Pollard, Brent Welch, Steve Crumley, Clint Tull, Kevin Gilliland, and Zac Haynes.
