Mrs. Monica Leighann Byrd, of Tiptonville, passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at her residence.  She was born May 5, 1981 in Wynne, AR.  She is remembered as being a loving mother and wife and a dedicated worker.  She was employed by Kroger of Dyersburg, TN for over 20 years, recently serving as meat dept. manager.

She is survived by her husband, Eric Byrd, son, Bryce Byrd, daughters, Maggie, Erin & Ashleigh Byrd, her father, Bill Mink of Harrisburg, AR, her brother, Phillip Mink, of Malvern, AR, her parents-in-law, Jimmy & Connie Byrd, her brother-in-law, Brian Byrd (Angie), her aunts & uncles, Terry Cariker and Teresa & Gerald Evans, her nieces & nephews, Sam Mink (Rachel), Brian Mink (Destiny) and Blakely Mink and many cousins.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Debbie Cariker Mink and her grandparents, Alvon & Erma Cariker.

Visitation will begin on Monday, October 17, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Dyersburg Funeral Home.  Graveside funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. at Neely's Chapel Cemetery, conducted by Rev. Chuck Graham & Rev. Bill Phipps.  Gerald Evans, Brian Byrd, Steve Lane, Brian Mink, Rylan Williams, Adam Smith and Sam Mink will be honored to serve as pallbearers.
