Mildred Tidwell, 87, of Dyersburg, passed away on Saturday, March 1, 2014 at her residence.

She was a retired factory worker at Dyersburg Fabrics, where she worked for 45 years and a member of Finley Pentecostal Church.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Finley Pentecostal Church with Bro. Doug Ellingsworth and Bro. Marcus Webb officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Sunday at the church.

Survivors include her husband of 72 years, William R. Billy Tidwell of Dyersburg; a daughter, Joan Finley and husband, Gene, of Finley; a son, Scotty Tidwell of Finley; a sister, Sue Smith and husband, Ivan, of Dyersburg; a brother, Surcy Anderson of Dyersburg; five grandchildren, Kathy Webb, Kim Finley, Kelly Tucker, Jason Tidwell and Jennifer Reynoso; and eight great-grandchildren, Laura Webb, Leslie Webb, Kati Chaney, Wess Tucker, Miya Reynoso, Maddox Reynoso, Aden Reynoso and Addisyn Reynoso.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Grace Yelvington Anderson; a brother, Buddy Anderson; and a great-grandson, Clint Walker.

Pallbearers will be Jason Tidwell, Felipe Reynoso, Joe Tidwell, Jr., Ricky Tidwell, Wess Tucker and Keith Tucker. Honorary pallbearers will be David Anderson and Jimmie Anderson.
