Mr. Michael Wayne O'Guin, of Dyersburg, passed away Sunday, March 3, 2024 in Memphis, TN.  Michael was born February 12, 1968 to Rev. Danny & Deborah O'Guin.  Michael was a graduate of Southwestern Baptist University in Missouri and was a self-employed entrepreneur and was known to have excellent taste in restaurants, clothes and all aspects of his life.  He enjoyed cooking for his family, riding motorcycles and was a devoted Dallas Cowboys fan throughout his life.

Michael is survived by his father, Rev. Danny O'Guin, his sons Michael O'Guin Jr. & Jayce O'Guin, his daughters Anna Mahan & Madelyn O'Guin, his brothers Shane & Greg O'Guin, his sister, Danette O'Guin Angelo and was loved by his grandchildren, as "Big-Mike & Paw", to Myles O'Guin, Reign Cheney, Rachel, Sam, River & Scout Mahan.  He is preceded in death by his mother, Mrs. Deborah Caton O'Guin.

Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home on Friday, March 8, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. conducted by Michael's family members.  Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until services begin.  Interment will follow in Dyer County Memorial Gardens with family members serving as pallbearers.
