Michael "Mike" Lynn Jones, 66, of Obion, TN, formerly of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Friday, December 5, 2025, at his residence.

Born on May 30, 1959, Mike lived a life shaped by honest work and simple joys- fishing, good music, and a glass of whisky. He was an avid antique collector. Known for his mechanical skills, easygoing nature, and quiet humor, he left a lasting impression on everyone he met. Mike loved deeply and faithfully, sharing over 20 years with the love of his life, Helen, who preceded him in death three years earlier.

Memorial visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. Friday, December 12, 2025 at Dyersburg Funeral Home. Cremation services are under the direction Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include his children, Tessia Jones, Jessica Jones, Zach Jones (Heather) and Mitch Jones; a bonus daughter, Jill Pattillo' beloved "Poppa" to grandchildren, Ethan, Keiden, Brison, Jaycee and Drake; his great-grandchildren, Cohen, Oliver and Avery; his sisters, Martha Sorrell and Donna Mathis; as well as his former wife and caregiver, Regina Jones Coburn.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Bud Jones and Sylvia Wheat Jones; and his two brothers, Tommy Jones and Gerald Bell.

Mike will be remembered for his steady kindness.
