Maxine Ford, 83, of Dyersburg, passed away on Monday, August 5, 2013 at Methodist North Hospital in Memphis.

She was a homemaker and a member of Southside Baptist Church.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Mr. Glenn Streeter officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Survivors include her three sons, Willie Ford of Dyersburg, Freddie Ford of Brighton and James Robert Ford of Dyersburg; six grandchildren, John Ford, Patricia Ford Fleming, Mark Ford, Nicole Ford Sexton, Jennifer Ford Hernandez and Marla Ford Alderman; sixteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Ford; a son, Ricky Ford; and her parents.

Pallbearers will be David Hernandez, Chad Stephens, Mark Ford, Casey Gardner, Rory Ownby and Corey Ables.
