Mattie Mae Kenney's Obituary
Mattie Mae Kenney, 98, of Dyersburg, died Sunday, December 19, 2010 at Dyersburg Manor Nursing Center.
She was a retired owner of Merry Castle Restaurant and a member of First Baptist Church.
Graveside services will be at 12 noon Tuesday at Fairview Cemetery with Willis Chapman officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
The family will receive visitors from 11 a.m. - 12 noon Tuesday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include her daughter, Bettye Tubbs and husband, Charlie, of Dyersburg; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul E. Kenney; a son and daughter-in-law, Paul and Jeannie Kenney; an infant granddaughter, Melinda Joyce Kenney; two sisters, Annie Kelley and LulaBelle Lloyd; and two brothers, Joe Brisendine and Harvey Brisendine.
Pallbearers will be Jerry Cantrell, Larry Bell, Jeremy Attaway and Tim Bivens.
