Master Chasen Wade Ramsey, 3 weeks old, of Tiptonville, passed away on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at his residence.

Services for Chasen will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Tiptonville Church of Christ with Mr. Wilford Mobley officiating. Burial will be in Lake Memorial Gardens. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

The family will receive visitors from 2-3 p.m. Sunday at the church.

Survivors include his mother, Alisha "Ali" Newsom; his father, Dustin Ramsey; his grandparents, Kevin Newsom, Melissa Blackburn, Charlotte Cheathum, and James Ramsey, Jr; his great-grandparents, Peggy Conner, Betty Blackburn, and James Newsom; a sister, Khloe' Rae Ramsey; a brother, Bryson Wayne Doyle; his step-grandfather, Frank Cheathum; five aunts, Kerri Newsom, Michelle Johnson, Tonna Miller, Ashley Newsom, and Hadley Smith; five uncles, Lance Smith, Bret Johnson, Ricky Newsom, Johnny Miller, and Connor White; and his great-aunt, Terri White.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Elizabeth Newsom, Richard and Mildred Pitts, and James Blackburn.

Pallbearers will be Dustin Ramsey and Kevin Newsom.
