Mary Evelyn Tinkle's Obituary
Mary Evelyn Tinkle, 83, of Dyersburg, passed away on Monday, February 17, 2014 at Maple Ridge Assisted Living Center.
She was a homemaker and a member of Fort Hudson Baptist Church. She was also a member of DAV Auxiliary and Woodmen of the World.
Graveside services will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Fairview Cemetery with the Rev. Don Layman officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
The family will receive visitors from 1-2 p.m. Tuesday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include her daughter, Peggy Webb and husband, Bobby, of Dyersburg; a step-son, Dicky Tinkle of Dyersburg; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Clayburn Tinkle; two daughters, Lora Nicks and Teresa Reed; her parents, Nathan and Minnie Crocker Shipley; and ten sisters and brothers.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
