Mary M. Snyder, 81, of Ridgely, died Thursday, March 25, 2010 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
She was a homemaker and a lifelong member of Ridgely Church of God Prophecy.
Services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Church of God Prophecy with the Rev. Clayton Mahan and Rev. Randy Miller officiating. Burial was in New Haven Cemetery.
The family received visitors from 5-8 p.m. Saturday at Dyersburg Funeral Home Ridgely Chapel.
Survivors include a daughter, Donna Walker and husband, Frank, of Dyersburg; three sons, Dale Snyder and wife, Tracie, and Roger Snyder and wife, Connie, all of Dyersburg, and Ronald Snyder and wife, Jeanette, of Ridgely; three sisters, Gay Halstead and Teresa Spillman, both of Union City, and Ora Lee Miller of Big Sandy; three brothers, James Peacock of Henderson, Tommy Chamberlain of Kimper, and Jimmy Chamberlain of Ridgely; seven grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie Snyder; and her parents, Joe and Mamie Chamberlain Peacock.
Pallbearers were Chris Martin, Nathan Mahan, Jonathon Mahan, Lanny Floyd, Jimmy Chamberlain, Jr. and David Woolin.
