Mary Frances Richardson's Obituary
Mary Frances Richardson, 94, of Tiptonville, passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.
She was born on September 2, 1922 in Lake County, TN, to the late Thomas Mitchell and the late Mamie Burrus Mitchell. Mary was the owner of Boyette's Restaurant from 1966 until 1988. She was also a member of the Eastern Star.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Tiptonville Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Marita Burkeen officiating. Burial will be in Lake Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Survivors include her two daughters, Fran Hearn and husband, Jimmy, of Tiptonville and Jan Boyd and husband, Bobby, of Tiptonville; two grandchildren, Chad Hearn and Jeremy Hearn; three great-grandchildren, Jack Richardson Hearn, Mary Ava Hearn and Mia Claire Hearn; and a niece, Rose Burkett of Tiptonville.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Richardson; her sisters and brothers; and her grandson, Ryan Boyd.
Pallbearers will be Brian Byrd, Eric Byrd, Lonnie Vaughn, Randy Cutler and Calvin Mills. Honorary pallbearers will be Roland Pope, James Westbrook and Marty Vaughn.
The family requests that memorials be directed to St. Jude Children's Hospital or to the Shriner's Children's Hospital.
