Mary Ellen Maupin's Obituary
Mary Ellen Maupin, 76, of Dyersburg, died Saturday, June 4, 2011 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
She was a retired secretary for Home Beneficial Life Insurance Company and a member of Calvary Hill Baptist Church.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Fairview Cemetery with the Rev. Mickey Hanks officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
The family will receive visitors from 1-1:45 p.m. Monday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include her daughter, Mitzi Willis and husband, David Lynn, of Newbern; three sisters, Betty Criswell of Van Buren, AR., Virginia Hay and Loretta Lee, both of Dyersburg; and a grandchild, Carlton Willis of Newbern.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Guy and Vada Hicks Carlton; and a brother, Bill Carlton.
Pallbearers will be John Lee, H.P. Smith, Jimmy Hicks, Johnny Hicks, Lynn Hicks, Mark Bessent and Byrl Criswell.
