Mary Ann Lacy Ellis, 49, of Dyersburg, died Friday, June 29, 2012 at her residence.

She was a homemaker and a volunteer for the Salvation Army.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Michael C. Swims officiating. Burial will be in Pierce Cemetery in Trimble.

The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Survivors include her son, Bobby Ellis of Dyersburg; her mother and step-father, Vollie and Ronald Hendrix of Dyersburg; three sisters, Denise Swims and husband, Michael, and Jewell Ables and husband, Larry, all of Dyersburg and Norma Scobey and fiancé, Kevin Nolen, of Dyer; six nieces and nephews; and ten great-nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Martin Ellis; her father, Doyle Gene Lacy, Jr.; her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Puckett, Mr. and Mrs. Doyle Gene Lacy, Sr., George Freeman and Clara Hendrix; and a niece, Christin Lynn Moore Robinson.

Pallbearers will be Robby McDonald, Michael C. Swims, Joshua Swims, Dustin Bailey, Christopher Pucci and John Pucci. Honorary pallbearers will be Michael R. Swims, Scott Gasparas and Tommy Moore.
