Mary Christine Gill, 88, of Dyersburg, passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at her residence.

She was a homemaker and a member of Ft. Hudson Baptist Church.

The family will receive visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. Wednesday at Dyersburg Funeral Home. Additional visitation will be held from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Thursday at Murphy Funeral Home in Martin.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Murphy Funeral Home with the Rev. Phillip Senn officiating. Burial will be in East Side Cemetery in Martin.

Survivors include her four daughters, Sandra Gill of Dyersburg, Paula Patterson and husband, Tom, of Murfreesboro, Fran Lowe and husband, Ted, of Dyersburg and Tina "Christi" Delosh and husband, Adam, of Dyersburg; a daughter-in-law, Pat Gill of Dyersburg; a sister, Linda Ballinger of Union City; twelve grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Gill; a son, Darrell Gill; her parents, Everett and Rebecca Wagster Murray; a sister, Mae Evelyn Thomason; four brothers, Carlos Murray, Junior Murray, R.C. Murray and Don Murray; and a great-grandchild, Donny Wellman.

Pallbearers will be Gerry Anderson, Gary Ballinger, Roger Murray, Dale Garner, Phil Bradley, and Keith Ozment.
