Martha Ruth Thurmon Watkins' Obituary
Martha Ruth Thurmon Watkins, 56, of Dyersburg, passed away Thursday, October 16, 2014 at her home.
Ms. Watkins was a member of Parr Avenue church of Christ.
There will be no public memorial services.
She is survived by her parents, H. Parks and Polly Thurmon of Dyersburg; her son, Jason Parks Watkins (Courtney) of Germantown TN; one brother, Larry Parks Thurmon (Patsye) of Clinton, TN.; three grandchildren, Jacey Watkins, Cole Watkins, and Ella Watkins; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, David Edward Thurmon.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Dyersburg/Dyer County Humane Society. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of these arrangements.
