Martha Jo McGuire Moss, 85, of Dyersburg, went home April 21, 2014 to be with the Lord forever. She loved God, her family and her home.

She was a homemaker and a member of Independent Free Holiness Church.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Calvin Smith officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include her husband of 34 years, Bernis Moss of Dyersburg; a son, Royce McGuire and wife, Becky, of Dyersburg; a sister, Donna Locasto of Valparaiso, IN; six grandchildren, Adam McGuire, Tyler McGuire, Katy McGuire Cravins, Sonya Burr, Tonya Sykes and Sandy Winchester; nine great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sandra Kay McGuire Simpson; her parents, Forrest and Benester Tyler Welch; and a sister, Betty Connelly.

Pallbearers will be Adam McGuire, Scottey Cravins, Rickie Burr, Bro. Bill Waggoner, Bro. Lloyd Smith and Bro. John Harris.

The family requests that memorials be directed to Independent Free Holiness Church, 2171 Upper Finley Road, Dyersburg, TN 38024.
