Martha Louise Jones, 68, of Dyersburg, died Tuesday, April 29, 2008 at Martin Healthcare Center.
She was a homemaker and a member of Holy Hills Baptist Church.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Jeremy Ballinger and the Rev. Don Layman officiating. Burial will be in United General Baptist Church Cemetery in Dresden.
The family will receive visitors at 5:30-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Survivors include her husband, Fred Jones of Dyersburg; a son, Timothy Mark Jones of Dyersburg; three sisters, Amella Pennington of Dresden, Betty Winstead of Dyersburg and Sarah Jones of Paris; four brothers, John Hawks of Springfield, Mo., David Hawks of Farmington, Ky., Glenn Hawks of Dresden and Bill Hawks of St. Louis, Mo.; and two grandchildren, Aaron Jones and David Jones.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Deborah Kay Jones; her parents, Rob and Effie Hawks; four sisters, Lottie Barber, Etta Lee Byers, Evestine Dalton and Garnett Hawks; and six brothers, Frank Hawks, Howard Hawks, Russell Hawks, Bud Hawks, Leon Partlow and Horton Arnold.
