Martha Gladys Beasley, 98, of Tiptonville, TN, passed away on Monday, April 8, 2024 at the Signature Healthcare of Ridgely.

Gladys was born on October 8, 1925, in Linden, TN, to the late Grover Cleveland Beasley and Gertha Polan Beasley. She was a line worker for Dupont Manufacturing in Nashville and was a member of the Tiptonville Church of Christ. Gladys loved working in her yard and in her flower beds. She loved her home and her family members and friends. Gladys was the salt of the earth.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 13, 2024 at the Tiptonville Church of Christ with Mr. Carl Mills officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

The family will receive visitors from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, April 13, 2024 at the church.

Survivors include her brother, James Ray Beasley and wife, Jean, of Tiptonville; her sister-in-law, Debbie Beasley of Tiptonville, TN; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Gladys was preceded in death by her three brothers, Ralph Beasley, Atlas Beasley and William Beasley and her four sisters, Clara Belle Hopkins, Mary Ellen Capps, Joyce Meza and Shirley Ann Pollock.

Serving as pallbearers will be James Beasley, Jr., Thomas Beasley, Dr. Jeff Beasley, Dr. Breck Beasley, Dan Beasley and Ed Pollock. Honorary pallbearer will be Tony Bargery.
