Marie Fowler, 99, of Ridgely, died Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at The Bridge at Ridgely.

She was a homemaker and a member of Lakeview Baptist Church.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday in the Ridgely Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Wilson Walley officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Survivors include her daughter, Juanita Lovell of Tiptonville; two sons, O.V. Fowler and wife, Teresa, of Tiptonville and Bobby Fowler and wife, Sandy, of Lakeland; eight grandchildren, David E. Lovell and wife, Peggy, Sherry Bargery and husband, Kevin, and Kenny Fowler, all of Tiptonville, Patty Rosemeyer and husband, Mike, of Dyersburg, O.V. Fowler, Jr. and Veronica Shaw and husband, Rob, all of Ridgely, Kimberly Wisdom and husband, Hans, Jody Fowler and wife, Shannon, all of Lakeland; seventeen great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Obie Fowler; her parents, Orin and Mary Farmer; and two grandchildren, Mike Fowler and Jamie Rick Fowler.

Pallbearers will be David E. Lovell, O.V. Fowler, Jr., Kevin Bargery, Bradley Lovell, Lance Lovell and Patrick Mahoney. Honorary pallbearers will be Jody Fowler and George Falls.

The family requests that memorials may be directed to Lakeview Baptist Church.
