Ms. Margarine Davenport, age 79, of Fowlkes, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, May 28, 2014, at her residence.

She was retired after working 38 years at Heco Manufacturing Co. Ms. Davenport loved to travel and had visited forty-nine states. She was a member of Palestine United Methodist Church, Dyersburg Senior Circle, The XYZ Club, The Keenagers, Mac Club and Tuesday Lunch Bunch.

There will be graveside services at 1pm Friday at Fairview Cemetery conducted by Bro. Craig Tate. Visitation will be 5-8 pm Thursday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include one niece Diane(Dennis) Smith, of Bells, Tn., four nephews Harry (Lavita) Davenport, Donnie (Diane) Davenport, Mike (Connie) Davenport and Chris (Angela) Davenport all of Dyersburg; three great nieces, Brandi Bozard, Holly Henry and Abby Davenport; four great nephews Tyler Davenport, Taylor Davenport, Jake Smith and Josh Smith; her sister Katherine(Tom) Forrest.

Ms. Davenport was preceded in death by her parents Henry Grady and Elmer Mai Jones Davenport and her brother Ed Davenport and sister-in-law Alene Davenport.
