Maietta Williams Simpson's Obituary
Maietta Williams Simpson, 83, of Dyersburg, passed away on Sunday, April 7, 2013 at Dyersburg Manor Nursing Center.
She was a retired sales clerk for the Pet Stop and a member of First Assembly of God Church in Dyersburg.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Fairview Cemetery with Mr. Larry Parker officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
The family will receive visitors from 12-12:45 p.m. Tuesday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include her three daughters, Pam Daniels and husband, Ricky, and Patricia Burks and husband, Bucky, all of Dyersburg and Kay Blankenship of Mansfield, TX; a son, Randy Lynn Simpson and wife, Leigh Ann, of Sherrill's Ford, NC; a sister, Toby Atkins of Dyersburg; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Delmus and Reggie Moore Williams; and a brother, Charles Edward Williams.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
The family requests that memorials be directed to St. Jude Children's Hospital or to a charity of the donor's choice.
