Mae Hailes Persons' Obituary
Mae Hailes Persons, 90, of Tiptonville, died Sunday, Nov. 30, 2008 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
She was a retired office manager of Wright Mats Inc. and a member of Tiptonville First Baptist Church and Rachel Sunday School Class.
Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Tiptonville First Baptist Church with the Rev. Steve Carr officiating. Burial will be in Lake Memorial Gardens in Tiptonville. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include a brother, Henry Griffin Hailes and wife, Winifred, of Quitman, Miss.; two nieces; and two nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ben A Persons; her parents, Judge Henry and Mary Elizabeth Hailes; and two brothers, Clyde Hailes and Howard Hailes.
Pallbearers will be Danny Armstrong, David Gooch, Richard Perkins, Tommy Bramlett, Ray Allison and Gary White. Honorary pallbearers will be Tinker Norris, Earl Gooch and Danny Cook.
