Madeline Clark's Obituary
Madeline Clark, 87, of Dyersburg, died Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2008 at Dyersburg Manor Nursing Center.
She was a retired secretary for Nelson Clark Used Cars and Salvage and a member of First United Pentecostal Church.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Brent Rashall and the Rev. Tommy Clark officiating. Burial will be in Dyer County Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive visitors at 5:30-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Survivors include two daughters, Geneda Clark of Medina and Frances Young of Newbern; two sons, Ivy Clark and Samuel Clark, both of Dyersburg; a sister, Laverne Wittington of Memphis; a brother, Charlie "Son" Robinson of Memphis; 13 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Nelson Clark; a son, Daniel R. Clark; her parents, Charlie and Eva Robinson; and a sister, Martha Frances "Sissy" Moore.
Pallbearers will be grandsons.
