Lynette Douthit Hopper, 66, of Tiptonville, TN, passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at her residence.

Lynette was born on October 4, 1953, in Ridgely, TN, to the late, Raymond Coy Douthit and the late Cora Mandy Marvin Douthit. She was a retired factory employee of H.I.S. Manufacturing and was a member of River of Life Church in Ridgely.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, October 25, 2019 at River of Life Church with the Rev. Clayton Mahan officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Thursday, October 24, 2019 at the Dyersburg Funeral Home Ridgely Chapel.

Survivors include her daughter, Crystal Tolley and husband, Jason, of Tiptonville, TN; four sisters, Cindy Childress and husband, Tommy, Delia Curvin and husband, Baldy, and Melissa Leinweber and husband, Loren, all of Tiptonville, TN and Darlene LaMora of Longmont, CO; and two grandchildren, Amber Cardwell and husband, Zack, and Alexis Tolley.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Edward Hopper.

Pallbearers will be Josh Leinweber, Brad Howard, Glenn Scott, Bobby Williams, Terry Roncali and Wayne White. Honorary pallbearers will be Loren Leinweber, Baldy Curvin, Zack Cardwell and Tommy Childress.
