Lurlene Plunk Haynes' Obituary
Lurlene Plunk Haynes, 87, of Dyersburg, died Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at The Highlands of Dyersburg.
She was a retired employee with Heckethorn Manufacturing and a member of Glendale Church of Christ.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Bro. John Stacy officiating. Burial will be in Dyer County Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Survivors include a daughter, Janet Hall and husband, Billy, of Newbern; a son, Freddie McGuire, Sr. and wife, Jean, of Dyersburg; six grandchildren, Glenda Street, Kay Gourley, Cindy Loines, Freddie McGuire, Jr., Shane Hall and Renee Doyle; nine great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Jesse Plunk and John Haynes; her parents, Jess and Alta Rutledge Blackley; and a brother, Orbie Blackley.
