Lula Mae Tolley Turner, 87, of Tiptonville, died Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at Baptist Hospital in Union City.
She was an employee for Boyette's Dining Room and a member of Keystone Church of God.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Keystone Church of God with the Rev. Murray Blurton and the Rev. Robert Davis officiating. Burial will be in Crockett Chapel Cemetery. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
The family will receive visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
Survivors include her three daughters, Jeanette Turner Donnell and husband, Ricky, and Shirley Turner Knight, all of Tiptonville and Gracie Turner Douglas and husband, Leonard, of Troy; a son, John T. Turner and wife, Wilma, of Tiptonville; seven grandchildren, Kenneth "Big John" Youngblood, Thomas "Sam" Turner, Renee Haws, Nina Mathina, Vicky Douglas Bueno, Warren Douglas and Richard Turner; seven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William C. "Bud" Turner; her parents, Tom and Ora Mae Tolley; three brothers, Roy Lee Tolley, James Tolley and Robert Tolley; a half-sister, Lettie Mae Chappell; a half-brother, Buster Tolley; and a great-granddaughter, Jennifer Zeigler.
Pallbearers will be Joseph Allen, Jackie Jenkins, Corey Morgan, Phillip "Bubba" Kimble, Bobby Jenkins and Charles Reynolds.
