Lovely Dell Ashley, age 68 of Paris, TN, passed away on Sunday, June 17, 2018, at her residence.

Dell was a retired manager from Waffle House. She enjoyed writing poetry, collecting family pictures and she loved butterflies. She was Pentecostal in belief.

Dell was born August 2, 1949, in Dyersburg, TN, to the late Lawrence Franklin Campbell and the late Dicie Pearl Williams Campbell.

She is survived by four children, Dana (Tim) Walker, Johnny Hammock, Michael Hammock, and Shannon Hammock all of Paris, TN; two sisters, Shirley (James D.) Paris of Atoka, TN, and Yvonne Garcia of Humboldt, TN; two brothers, Dashial (Barbara) Campbell of Dyersburg, TN, and Gerald (Linda) Campbell of Ripley, TN.

Additional survivors include 12 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by two sisters, Dorothy Broz, and Patricia Wyatt; two brothers, Thomas Campbell, and Eugene Campbell; and a grandchild, Jordan Hammock.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 23, 2018 in Dyer County Memorial Gardens. Family members and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
