Linda Perkins Williams, 72, of Tiptonville, TN, passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2020 at her residence.

Linda was born on September 24, 1947, in Tiptonville, TN, to the late Jesse and Golden Carrington Perkins. She was a retired sergeant for the State of Illinois Department of Corrections and attended River of Life Church in Ridgely.

The family will receive visitors from 5-7 p.m. Monday, February 17, 2020 in the Tiptonville Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Cremation services are under the direction of Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include a daughter, Angela Milburn of Lockport, IL; a son, James Williams of Tiptonville, TN; four sisters, Wanda Sue Hayes of Tiptonville, TN, Patricia Lamb of Ridgely, TN, Connie Perkins and Cindy Fisher, both of Dyersburg, TN; two brothers, Ronnie Perkins of Fulton, KY and Joe Perkins of Springfield, TN; and four grandchildren, Amber Williams, Dusty Williams, Shawn Milburn and Shane Milburn.

In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her husband, James Otis Williams; two sisters, Ruth Ann Taylor and Frances Jones; and three brothers, Jerry Wayne Perkins, Jackie Perkins and Jessie Perkins, Jr.
