Linda Marie Bennett, 73, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

Linda was born on April 28, 1949, in Dyersburg, TN, to the late, Carmon and Sarah Singleton Enochs. She was a homemaker and caregiver to her mother, Sarah. Linda enjoyed spending time with her family and taking care of them, especially her grandchildren. She was a member of Lenox Baptist Church and in her early years she attended Cornerstone Church of God. Linda loved the holiday seasons, but Christmas was her favorite holiday. She enjoyed decorating her house for the holidays. Linda was very passionate about the Samaritan's Purse Organization.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, November 26, 2022 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Bro. Jim Keeling and Bro. Dustin Pence officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, November 26, 2022 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include her husband of 40 years, Bruce Bennett of Dyersburg, TN; a son, David Bennett of Dyersburg, TN; a daughter, Christi Grills (Rusty) of Newbern, TN; two grandchildren, Hadley Grills and Jaxie Grills; two nephews, Mike Enochs (Cathy) of Brighton, MI and Jonathan Enochs (Jessica) of Sioux Falls, SD; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her brother, Carmon Enochs.

Pallbearers will be Hunter Grills, Cody Grills, Jonathan Enochs, Mike Enochs, Jeremy Peevyhouse, Jonathan Keeling, Rusty Grills and John Caden Keeling.
