Lilly Gay Holstad, 78, of Union City, TN, passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at her residence.
She was born on January 4, 1940, in Ridgely, TN, to the late Tommy Chamberlain, Sr. and the late Mamie Davis Chamberlain. Mrs. Lilly was a retired waitress at Hamilton Hotel and was a member of New Harvest Fellowship Church of God of Prophecy.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, February 26, 2018 at River of Life Church of God of Prophecy with the Rev. Randy Miller and Pastor Joe Watson officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
The family will receive visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. Sunday, February 25, 2018 at Dyersburg Funeral Home Ridgely Chapel.
Survivors include her two daughters, Marla Holstad of Union City and Cheryl Geer (Glen) of Fort Worth, TX; three brothers, Tommy Chamberlain (Sue) of Pikeville, KY, Jimmy Chamberlain (Charlotte) of McKenzie and James Peacock of Henderson; two sisters, Teresa Spillman of Union City and Ora Lee Miller of Springville; and two grandchildren, Jason Duke of Delray Beach, FL and Gerard Geer of Fort Worth, TX.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Marlin Holstad; and two sons, Robert Duke and Paul Duke.
Pallbearers will be Jim Chamberlain, Jr., Junior Walker, Bill Laird, Jimmy Dale Snyder, Cody Miller, Jeff Collins and Caleb Laird.
