Lila Carson Weeks, 88, of Dyersburg, died Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at The Bridge at Ridgely.

She was a retired craft and antique shop owner and a member of Oak Grove Church of Christ.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Fairview Cemetery with Mr. Tom Butler officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include her son, Charles A. "Tony" Carson and wife, Jerry Ann, of Dyersburg; one sister, Anna Faye Burchfield of Dyersburg; five grandchildren, Tony Carson and wife, Carol, of Alabama, Stacey Stow and husband, Keith, Kelley Carson and Ginny Mallard and husband, Bronson, all of Dyersburg and Stephanie Sanders and husband, Bart, of Newbern; nine great-grandchildren, Zack and Kyle Carson, Cort and Brandon Stow, Dillon and Tyler Carson, Drake and Carson Mallard and Molly Sanders; and a daughter-in-law, Connie Carson of Newbern.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Sam Weeks and Clyde Nelson Carson; two children, Nelson Wayne Carson and Stephen Joel Carson; her parents, James and Lourena Rice Hilliard; and a sister, Rose Moore.

Pallbearers will be Keith Stow, Cort Stow, Brandon Stow, Dillon Carson, Tyler Carson and Bronson Mallard.

The family requests that memorials be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
