Lewis was born in Dyersburg, TN. to Arthur Floyd Sr. and Cora Lee Stanford Sullivan on May 17,1945. He passed away at his residence March 29, 2021 in Highland, Illinois. He grew up in a large family with relatives and friends nearby. He was a long time resident of Caseyville, IL. and moved to Highland, IL. in May, 2020.

He served his country in the U.S. Army from 1963 to 1966. After being honorably discharged, he moved to Caseyville, IL.

He was employed by General Cable Corporation, Quaker Oil and Vi-Jon Laboratories all in St. Louis, MO. in his working years, retiring in 2008 after surgery to be Morgan's backup babysitter.

He dearly loved his grandkids, and all family members, Sullivan's and Brock's.

Funeral services will be at 12 p.m. Saturday, April 3, 2021 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Mr. Jerry Brock officiating.

The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Friday, April 2, 2021 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Left behind to cherish the memories are his wife, Elizabeth Brock Sullivan whom he married at the Dyersburg Courthouse on December 24, 1963, his daughter, Karen Suzanne Sullivan (Shaun Milleson).  He was "Papa" to Morgan Patricia Bruns and Amanda, Amber and Rowan Milleson. By their choice of a Papa---Braxton, Easton, Chase and Parker Tolley.

His brothers and sister-Riley Sullivan (Kay) of Jackson, TN., Jimmie Sullivan (Louise) of Casa Grande, AZ., Ray Sullivan (Nondas) of Olive Branch, MS, John Sullivan (Linda) of Orlando, FL and Judy Hendrix (the late Darrell) of Dyersburg, TN. And sister-in-law Jane Sullivan of Dyersburg, TN. Many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great, great nieces and nephews. Special cousins Virginia Bassett of Decaturville, TN. & Mary Christian of Finley, TN. and the Brock Family members.

He was preceded in death by his infant daughters, Kimberley Ann in 1964 and Angela Michelle in 1967, his parents, Arthur and Cora Sullivan, sister, Margaret (Chester) Eaton, brothers- Arthur Floyd "Sully" Sullivan Jr and Malcolm Pressley (Joyce) Sullivan and nieces and nephews.

Honorary pallbearers will be the Sullivan and Brock grandchildren/great grandchildren who attend.
