Ms. Lannette Cates Hilliard passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at AHC Nursing & Rehabilitation in Dyersburg.  She was born July 1, 1933 in Halls, TN to the late Clydie & Sarah Katherine Cates.  She was a devoted homemaker and also worked for the Tupperware Co. in Halls.   She was a faithful member of Enon Baptist Church and enjoyed sewing and working in her flower gardens.

Lannette is survived by her son, Rex Hilliard and daughter, Carla Coffman, her brother, Danny Cates and sister, Judy Newman and seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold Hilliard and sister Nina Bowie.

Family graveside services will be held at Enon Baptist Church Cemetery near Halls, TN.
